 VNY Part 161 and Grandfathered Phaseout Public Involvement/Public Meetings |

LAWA and the Part 161 Consulting Team have scheduled the following public meetings related to the Van Nuys Part 161 Study and grandfathered phaseout:
Tuesday, October 7, 2008: A public workshop will be held on the draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) being prepared under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the grandfathered phaseout of noisier aircraft at VNY. The workshop will be from 3 to 6 pm in the 2nd floor conference room at the Van Nuys FlyAway facility at 7610 Woodley Avenue, Van Nuys, CA 91406.
Interested parties are invited to attend at any time during the workshop session. LAWA representatives will be on hand to discuss the project purpose, status, results, and schedule, and to answer questions.
Copies of the draft EIR will be available for review at the session.
Additional dates will be posted here as meetings are scheduled.
